Will I see the design before development starts?
Yes. We share the design first and only start development once you've approved it, so you know exactly what you're getting before a single line of code is written.
Can I ask for changes during the project?
Of course. You can give feedback at every stage: wireframes, design, and the staging site before launch. We'd rather adjust early than have you live with something you don't love.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We set up a content management system and show you how to use it. Changing text, swapping images or publishing a blog post shouldn't need a developer.
How long does it take to build a website?
A small business site usually takes 2–4 weeks. Larger sites or online stores take 6–10 weeks. You'll get a timeline with clear milestones after the discovery call.
How does pricing work?
You get a fixed quote based on the agreed scope before we start, covering design, development and launch. If you ask for something outside that scope later, we'll quote it separately before doing the work, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Do you help after the website goes live?
Yes. We fix issues, make updates and keep the site secure after launch. Many clients also keep us on a monthly care plan for ongoing changes.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Your logo, any brand guidelines you have, and a rough idea of the pages you need. If you don't have copy or photos yet, we can help with those too.
